Emerald City Coatings field-fabricates and fully solders all metal flashings on site.

This insures a precise fit for any custom flashings and allows us to quickly produce flashings for unique and/or unusual substrates .  Fabricating on site allows us to avoid the challenges of relaying measurements to a metal fabrication shop (as most of our competitors have to do), thereby avoiding frequent delays and/or misinterpretation of measurements or details. This resulting extra speed aides us in consistently remaining on schedule while simultaneously installing more precise flashings than those of our competitors.  

Our metal flashing fabrications are typically concentrated towards our deck coatings projects which require thousands of fully soldered corner boots, post boots, and door pans.  However, we are also proficient in much larger metal flashing fabrications of any type desired by our clientele including larger scale flashings such as chimney caps etc.
