Our waterproofing expertise includes both hot applied and cold applied systems.

Emerald City Coatings has successfully completed many of the region’s most high profile projects in which our scope includes all of the waterproofing including foundation waterproofing (bentonite or fluid applied), vehicular and/or pedestrian traffic coatings, hot rubber, and joint sealants. We are also proficient in PUMA and PMMA installations.

We can frequently offer bulk pricing which encompasses the project’s entire waterproofing scope. This can be a substantial asset for GC budgeting and scheduling.

Many of our waterproofing system applications offer 10 to 20 year (or more) warranties.
